Free mentoring for new teachers in the first 3 -5 years of their teaching career
The Ohio Education Association has partnered with Educators Leading the Profession (ELP) to launch an exciting new mentoring opportunity for OEA members. Ohio ELP will connect experienced educators who are actively working in the profession with early career educators in the first three to five years of their career. Using ELP’s Virtual Instructional Coach (VIC) model, early career educators will be paired with paid, trained mentors who will provide regularly scheduled virtual mentoring sessions. The VIC model allows early career educators to receive professional support from a trusted source outside of their school district.
