Learn the frameworks and best practices to be an effective advocate for your members and their working conditions. We will discuss grievance processing and become familiar with how to represent members in pre-disciplinary or disciplinary meetings. Learn what should be handled by building reps, a grievance chair, or you and when the LRC should be involved.
