The Strategic Priorities Oversight Committee (SPOC) is a group of OEA members who conduct quarterly reviews of OEA’s efforts to meet the directives of the four strategic priorities. SPOC uses various “conditions of success” (COS) to measure progress on the strategic priorities. One of the COS for Strategic Priority #4 is to track demographic information for OEA’s various leadership and committee structures. As such, we are asking that you complete this form to aid with the reporting to SPOC.
