OEA Career Technical Education Local Leader Retreat

The OEA Career & Technical Education Local Leader Retreat provides an opportunity for local leaders working in career technical centers, joint vocational school districts, and comprehensive high schools to connect, network, and develop strategies for successful internal organizing, forming and leveraging relationships with other unions. Additionally, participants will learn about creating union-led professional development and understanding the unique features of CTC/JVSD funding with the goal of improvements at the bargaining table.
